A few weeks ago, Semco Maritime Oil & Gas Division launched their brand new Relesys App. Welcome onboard 🤩
With more than 1100 offshore employees, having their daily work on offshore platforms around the North Sea, it can be a challenge to keep a consistent connection and information flow.
This has led to the Semco Maritime app, where internal communication is in focus.
Through intuitive message boards and social walls, the distance between their offshore workforce and HQ has been reduced from endless kilometers to a tap on a screen 📱📲
Now information sharing, a sense of belonging, and communication will be easier than ever 🤝
Lone Møller, Head of Business Process Improvement Oil & Gas at Semco, says:
“It has been a 5-star experience to develop and implement the new Semco Maritime app together with Relesys. Everything from start to finish has been very well organized, and we are very pleased with the result of the finished app. It has been a huge success from day one among our offshore employees, it has clearly shortened the distance between onshore and offshore"

Cupid worked his magic just after Valentine's Day, as they introduced their fabulous new app: Insight 💘
Boasting 3.500 employees and a variety of brands, The Sting Companies is truly a fashion powerhouse in the Netherlands. Their app showcases the distinct personalities of their beloved brands: Costes, The Sting, and Cotton Club, each with its own in-app styling. A perfect match indeed!
Now HQ, distribution, and in-store employees all share the same app, connecting them between departments. Important information about anything from duty plans to upcoming campaigns is easily accessible right from their smartphones 🤳

Samskip is an international logistics company, with more than 1700 employees located in 26 countries across Europe, North America, Africa, Asia, and Australia.
Before their new app, Samskip Staff, Samskip had to rely on a broad selection of communication and training tools. Making it difficult to track who had been informed, and who hadn’t – luckily this is a thing of the past.
Júlíana Einarsdóttir, HR specialist at Samskip says this about their new app:
“The app has enabled us to communicate with our staff which has previously been difficult for us, as 70% of our employees do not work in front of a computer. At the same time, our training has become more efficient as people can take their training via their smartphones, anywhere, and at any time.
The social wall is a big success as well. Our employees really appreciate it as they can share all kinds of information and fun facts with their colleagues. It is especially nice to get an insight into different jobs, whether it is at sea, on the road, or at the office.
The implementation was very successful with a great team from Relesys who instructed us step-by-step through the process. We were especially pleased with their resourcefulness in a complex work environment 😊”
Now employees from all over Iceland can be reached. From across the country to down the road. All in the palms of their hands 🤳
With the introduction of the social wall employees now have an opportunity to share fun moments, exciting celebrations, and curious questions with the rest of Samskip – connecting people, departments, and colleagues all in the app.

Borgarverk has laid the foundation for the future with their new app 🏗️👷♀️👷♂️
We are excited to welcome Borgarverk to the Relesys family with their employee app, which launched at the end of last year 📱🤩
Their employees now have all communication gathered in one place – easily accessible via their mobile phones, no matter where they are.
Borgarverk is among one of the oldest contractors in Iceland, responsible for road construction, soil processing, earth work, snow plowing and more 🚚
Dagmara Adamsdóttir, HR Manager at Borgarverk says:
"The process with developing the app was outstanding and every single detail was done with profession. We got exactly what we wanted with help of specialist at Relesys. Everything was well thought out and we got a lot of great tips.
The app gives us the opportunity to communicate with our employees that are located all over Iceland in a very easy and fast way. The app has also given employees the opportunity to get to know each other little better and we encourage everyone to post pictures or videos of their workdays just for fun"

Back in December, the retail jewellery chain Lucardi Juwelier launched their sparkling new app: Sparkle 🌟✨
With more than 130 branches located across The Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium, Lucardi has a large desk-less workforce all in need of instant and accessible communication – which they now have in the form of Sparkle!

With their new app communication and information sharing will become easier than ever. Using the Essential-, Communication-, and Operation Modules all employees are provided with a solid foundation to handle the daily operations of running a Lucardi store.
Engaging with customer service, knowing about the latest products and collections, and staying up to date with administrative work is now all possible through the Sparkle app 🤩🙌
Assistant Controller, Hamdi Nur from Lucardi says:
“With the help of our communication app, Sparkle, built by Relesys, the communication and engagement of our employees has improved and increased. With over 130 stores and 1200 employees all over the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, togetherness can be a challenge, which the Relesys app helps us overcome.
