Jens Ole is highly skilled in managing large sales teams and ensuring continuous improvements in all commercial matters. Jens Ole is responsible for leading the Sales and Marketing Teams in the day-to-day operations, just as he defines the company’s overall strategy together with Jesper. He has an ability to understand clients’ pains and shape the commercial offerings to address these.

Mads Stoffer Larsen
CFO
Mads Stoffer Larsen has more than 12 years of experience working with accounting, finance, and management. In addition to his experience from working as an auditor with EY, and as a management consultant with Deloitte and KPMG, Mads has been Head of Finance for GN Hearing’s subsidiaries in Canada, where Mads demonstrated his ability to strengthen and streamline a finance function. With his background from advisory and with his practical finance mindset, Mads is leading the finance function and preparing Relesys for further expansion.

Martin Sørensen

Martin Sørensen has more than 20 years of experience in software development and IT project management. Before joining Relesys, he worked as a Chief Information Officer for six years and has held different positions within IT Project Management. In the day-to-day operations, Martin leads the Software Teams, working on the development and implementation of new technologies. In addition to being a true force of nature in leading his team of 14 developers and ensuring efficient operations, Martin has a distinct ability to identify, develop and commercialize modules and features that create value for both customers and for Relesys. Martin is driven by securing the best possible security standards for Relesys as well as for the customers. Further, he is passionate about defining value-creating co-development projects together with ambitious customers.

Mie Brønnum Wiinberg
VP OF CLIENT SUCCESS
Mie Brønnum Wiinberg comes with more than 5 years of experience from Lakrids by Bülow, where she led the roll-out of new shops and was responsible for employee development. Today, Mie is responsible for leading both the Client Success and Design Teams. Mie’s in-depth experience with onboarding and training employees is valuable today whenever she and the Client Success Teams work with customers to ensure great internal communication, structured training procedures, and more efficient operations. In addition to leading a team of more than 20 employees, she is involved in enterprise sales processes for new customers and upsells on existing customers. Mie has been key in achieving the high retention and the impressive development in Client Success activities. Further, Mie is a driving force behind the high customer retention rates and the consultancy budget, which historically has been how Relesys has been able to fund itself.

Tom Pressley
VP of Marketing
Tom brings over 20 years of marketing best practices to Relesys with a unique blend of experience working for high-street retail and major software brands. Tom joins us from MongoDB where he transformed the marketing team in EMEA to cover multiple marketing disciplines including ABM, events, developer relations, PR, digital, and more. Prior to MongoDB, Tom spent ten years working for various fast-growth software companies that utilized the Command of the Message playbook, such as Bazaarvoice, Fuze, and Everbridge growing revenues by 5x and scaling into the Enterprise space. Before switching to the tech industry, Tom spent ten years working for high-street brands in the UK.
Tom's primary focus as VP of Marketing is to partner with the go-to-market teams in creating powerful brand, demand, and messaging propositions that increase awareness and preference of Relesys among our target clients.
Emil Dyrvig
CRO
Emil brings a robust international background, a perfect combination of SaaS and retail enhanced with experience in selling SaaS solutions to Enterprise-level companies.
Emil joins us from Templafy where he spent the past five years most recently as CRO. Emil initially joined Templafy to launch their US office. Prior to Templafy Emil worked for P&G and L’Oréal in Denmark before being poached by Dropbox in Dublin. Upon a few successful years in Europe Emil moved to New York with Dropbox where he now lives.
Today, Emil is building an A-player Revenue team comprising individuals in Sales, Account Management, Client Success, Professional Service, and Revenue Excellence, putting a focus on value-creation for the people who make the whole difference, our Client’s employees.

Brian S. Fischer
VP of Product
Brian has a passion for creating innovative and user-friendly products and comes most recently from the SaaS company Leapwork, where he was the VP of Product for four and a half years, playing a key role in growing the Product department from 10 to 160 people. Brian has a background in software engineering and has mastered the roles of Product Manager, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach, and has been an independent consultant for 12 years. Today, Brian is leading the Relesys Product Engineering team, with the key priority of ensuring our product innovation and that our product quality and delivery are at the utmost highest standards.
